Sucre (Sucre 676, Belgrano, Buenos Aires) — located in the city’s Belgrano district, Sucre offers dishes with Peruvian, Spanish, Japanese and Italian influences. Its wine cellar has a large selection of national and international vintages. Dishes ranging from ceviche, to bondiola (pork shoulder) and Patagonian lamb are among the most recommended here. The restaurant’s impressive industrial-chic interior design is meant to attract foreign diners, but still manages to draw in local fashionistas, too. The brightly-lit bar is also eye-pleasing.
